What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Wherever possible we use Royal Mail Tracked as a delivery method. This allows you to specify a 'safe place' at which Royal Mail can leave your package. We will email a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This will allow you to track your order at multiple stages of the delivery process. Once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail you will receive email and sms (if a mobile phone number is provided) updates about the delivery status of your order. Royal Mail Tracked is divided into Standard and Next Day services.

Royal Mail Next Day
The Royal Mail Next day delivery service is available for £6.50. If your order weighs over 2kg a 48Hr courier service will be used. We will ensure that your order is dispatched the same day so long as it is received on a working day (mon-fri excluding public holidays) before 2pm.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders please contact the distributor in your country. If you do not yet have a distributor in your country please contact Climbskin® Spain by e-mailing sales@climbskin.com

What is your Returns Policy?

Climbskin UK offer a 30 day return policy for all unused items (we will extend this over the Christmas period ...just keep hold of the tags and return any unwanted Christmas gifts if the first half of January!) If the item shows signs of use, or if it came complete with packaging and this has been damaged we cannot accept it as a return. We may be able to organise a partial refund for lightly used items if you get in contact with us beforehand. Items are returned at the customers expense. We suggest using Royal Mail Recorded delivery such that you receive a tracking number.

If, after placing an order, you decide you no longer want the item, we will cancel your order at your request. You will not be charged for this.

Is Climbskin® Vegan Friendly?

Yes. Absolutely, Climbskin® is made with plant based products and has not been tested on animals.
